The J.D.V.C. follows the system of Internal Assessment and Final Exams. Students must take both the exams. 50% is the minimum pass percentage. Certificates/Diplomas are awarded only to successful students. Annual Examination for morning batch will be held in the month April-May. The Annual Result will be declared on 31st May, & their Re-exam will be held in Ist week of July.
Annual Examination for afternoon batches will be held in the month of July. The Annual Result of afternoon batches will be declared in last Week of July. Re-exams will be held in August. Diploma will be issued in the month of November. All students who could not clear their main exams are allowed to reappear on payment of re-examination fees of Rs.200/- per paper. Students can avail of re-examination once only.
